We will liaise with you to ensure that we fully understand what your wishes are. We will represent your interests and take on the responsibility of ensuring that your project is completed in an efficient and cost effective manner.
With our knowledge of local laws and customs, we can advise on any issues regarding planning permission or other legal matters that may arise.
Through our experience of local companies and contractors, we can obtain estimates from a number of sources and negotiate cost. All contractors used by Ideal are qualified and registered and their quality of workmanship is known to be of a high standard.
Once the required work has commenced Ideal Property Management will supervise the work in progress and deal with any problems that may arise. Regular reports on the progress of the work (including photographs) will be sent to the client. Regular meetings with the client will be arranged to discuss progress and answer any questions raised by the client.
Valuations of completed work will be negotiated with the contractor, if interim payments for work completed are required.
When the work is completed Ideal Property Management will check the final account and ensure that all necessary paperwork is in order. Following the completion of the project, Ideal Property Management will continue to oversee the work for a fixed period in order to ensure that any problems arising from the work are rectified.
